We are pleased to provide this testimonial for Paul Watson, who worked on our home build project in June and July 2008. Paul completed a range of works across both floors of our home with a high level of skill and attention to detail. On the second floor, he constructed two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living area using 75mm stud and track. The walls were finished with double plasterboard on both sides and insulated with 5cm, 100kg insulation, resulting in a solid 125mm wall structure. All joints and edges were expertly taped and finished to a high standard. On the first floor, Paul installed a hidden lighting trough in the living area and created a feature wall in the bedroom with concealed lighting. He also incorporated concealed wall-wash lighting using plasterboard. Additionally, he enclosed a wood-burning fireplace using fire boards and 5cm, 100kg foil-faced Rockwool insulation, ensuring both safety and quality. Throughout the project, Paul demonstrated professionalism and reliability. He was always courteous, kept the worksite tidy, and consistently worked in accordance with the plans. He communicated clearly with us regarding costs, materials, and timelines, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are pleased to confirm that Paul Watson carried out construction work on our warehouse property in Likoporia, Corinthia, Greece, between April and July 2010, completing a total of 31 working days. During this time, Paul constructed a toilet block consisting of male, female, and disabled facilities using 75mm stud and track. He also installed a plasterboard ceiling with a hidden perimeter lighting trough in the dining area, creating a clean and modern finish. The project was completed using high-quality materials, including green plasterboard for wet areas and standard white plasterboard elsewhere. All walls were fitted with 5cm, 100kg Rockwool sound insulation. Additionally, Paul enclosed air conditioning ductwork with a metal frame and plasterboard, and ensured all corners were protected with beads, with edges carefully taped and finished. Throughout the project, Paul demonstrated excellent punctuality, reliability, and professionalism. He worked efficiently alongside other tradesmen and completed the work within the agreed timeframe.
